Using Your Care4Neighbors Card Using your Card at: Provider Offices
That's all you need to do! When you have completed your visit, your healthcare provider will present you with a bill for services, discounted per our contracted rates. You are responsible for payment of those charges at the time of service, unless your provider offers financing options. Using your Card at: Pharmacies
Questions and Complaints If you ever have any problems with your Care4Neighbors Card (for instance, a doctor or pharmacy on our List not accepting your Card or not providing your with discounts) please contact us online or by phone at 800-444-0650. We have customer service operators on staff Monday - Friday, 8am to 8pm EST, to help you with any issues that may arise.
Care4Neighbors is not insurance. This is a Discount Plan. You are responsible for payment to your healthcare professional, pharmacy or lab of the entire costs of services. Those services have been discounted to our Members, however, Care4Neighbors does not reimburse you or your doctors for any charges you incur in the course of your treatment.
