Teeth Bleaching
This month many of our network dentists are offering the special price of $99 for take-home bleaching trays. The regular price for this procedure is $199 to $249. Brands include Rembrandt®, Trèswhite™ 9%, Ultradent® and others depending on the doctor. Some doctors use Opalescence® 20%, a higher strength formula, which is being discounted to $149 (usually a $349 product). Your doctor will determine if teeth bleaching is safe and appropriate for you.

It’s back to school time, and that means it’s time to check your kid’s most important learning tools: their eyes. See us this month and get FREE kid-safe prescription lenses with your purchase of frames. Plus get $10 off the price the eye exam. Offer applies to children 14 years and younger. The patient and any other person responsible for payment has the right to refuse to pay, cancel payment or be reimbursed for any other service, examination or treatment which is performed as a result of and within 72 hours of responding to the advertisement for free, discounted fee or reduced fee service, examination or treatment.
This is not insurance. This program provides discounts at certain health care providers for medical services. We do not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. Members are obligated to pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with us.
