Care4Neighbors company dedicated to:

• Helping providers reach those families.

Our History

We commenced as a 4-office Dental and Prescription Drug Discount program in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in early 2005.

During the Summer of 2005 we enrolled 100s of families and small businesses in our discount plan, which offered up to 50% savings at participating dental offices and an average of 18% savings at most major and local pharmacies.

By the end of the year, our program had saved member families almost $40,000 in combined dental costs and over $20,000 on total prescription drug purchases.  All these savings were achieved without the need to pay $30+ per month for a discount card!  Care4Neighbors began as a free discount plan and will always be a free plan to South Florida families.    

And members were not the only ones to benefit. Our network providers who offered the discounted services saw more patients and built stronger bonds with those patients who received a discount card. Doctors and staff alike took great pride in helping their neighbors in such a meaningful way.
